Our Impacts

The Impact of Our Program: Transforming Youth into Environmental Leaders.

The naturalist school program goes far beyond a walk in the woods; it is a catalyst for social and environmental change. By connecting children and youth from vulnerable communities near protected areas with field science, we have observed profound transformations at key levels, fostering critical and ecological awareness, skills and leadership development, and community empowerment (the "multiplier effect").

Awakens Curiosity

Excursions encourage exploration, develop curiosity, and foster an interest in discovering the natural environment. Nurturing curiosity outdoors not only makes us more knowledgeable about biodiversity but also strengthens our mental health and empathy towards all forms of life.

Develop Skills

The natural world teaches us that nothing happens in isolation. This approach enhances participants' observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The natural environment transforms the observer into an analyst and refines their ability to process information and make decisions. It fosters tactical creativity and resilience.
